Trujillo: Political instituciones in La Libertad. Emergence of APRA: intellectuals and peasants. El Norte Aprista and the great persecution. Cotton and the agrarian reform. The 2000’s agricultural boom. APRA and the birth of Alianza para el Progreso.
Lima: Students will present their comparative reports, in which they will compare and contrast political aspects of the three locations visited.
