How to Apply

APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Before you complete the attached application form, please read the following:

• The application process will be online and starts on December 5th
• Application deadline: April 30th, 2014

A complete application file will include the following items:

• Application form :: download
• Liability form :: download
• Medical form :: download
• Copy of an international accident and health insurance
• Letter of recommendation (by mail or email)
• Official transcripts (2.5 minimum GPA)
• One wallet size photo
• Non-refundable application fee of US$150.00

ADMISSION PROCEDURES

Applications will be evaluated upon reception. Students will be contacted by email regarding their admission until May 5th.

PASSPORT

All participants will need a valid Passport of at least 6 months as from the arrival in Peru.
