Indigenous Rights and Legal Pluralism

Requirements

The program accepts undergraduate and graduate students of Law, Social Sciences and related disciplines, as well as researchers and interested people in indigenous peoples.

No experience in previous fieldwork on the subject is a requirement, but any approach or knowledge of indigenous peoples in the region is desirable.

Educational material in Spanish and partly in English shall be provided. Some lectures shall be conducted in English and others bilingual (Spanish-English). Some workshops shall be conducted in English and others in Spanish. Students may have basic knowledge of Spanish in order to make easy the interaction with members of the community and local authorities.
